  • 1 Fresh Pineapple, Peeled And Cut Into 1/2-Inch Thick Slices1
  • 10 Mission® Corn Tortillas10
  • 1 Red Onion, Diced1
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Fresh Lime Wedges
  • Tabasco® Sauce

Instructions


  1. Heat grill to medium, about 400°F. Grill sausage for 13 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until steaming hot. Cut on bias into 1/4-inch thick slices.

  2. Grill pineapple slices until heated through and char marks appear, 1 to 2 minutes per side; chop.

  3. Heat tortillas on grill until toasted.

  4. Arrange sausage slices, chopped pineapple, onion, and cilantro on warmed tortillas. Serve with wedge of lime and Tabasco Sauce.
