1/2 teaspoon  Chili Flakes
 
2 teaspoons  Fresh Parsley, chopped
 
2 teaspoons  Fresh Dill, chopped
 
1 teaspoon  Thyme
 
1 clove  Garlic, minced
 
1/2  Lemon, freshly squeezed
 
1/4 teaspoon  Ground Black Pepper
 
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
 
1/16 teaspoon  Cayenne Pepper
 
1/2 teaspoon  Smoked Paprika

Instrucciones
1Cook the bacon according to package instructions until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
2In a medium bowl, add the softened butter, bacon, chili flakes, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, Dijon mustard, cayenne, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
3Scoop the bacon butter onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Roll it into a log shape, pressing and shaping as you go until it’s completely wrapped in plastic or parchment paper. Twist the ends together and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours or overnight, if time allows.
4Store in the refrigerator until ready to use or up to 5 days. Tip: Bacon Cowboy Butter tastes delicious on meats, seafood and vegetables—even pasta!
