Instrucciones
Preheat the oven to 550ºF for 45 minutes. Place the pizza steel or stone on the upper rack of your oven.
Position your wooden peel next to the floured area and dust lightly with flour. Stretch and shape the pizza dough into a 12” circle, then place on the pizza peel. Run your hands around the perimeter to relax it and work out the kinks. Make sure to sprinkle enough flour under the shaped dough to prevent sticking when transferring to the pizza steel or stone.
Spread garlic sauce over the dough within ¼” of the edge, then top with the cheese, pickles, bacon, ham, and pickled jalapeños.
Gently slide the pizza onto the pizza steel or stone. Bake until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 9-10 minutes.
Slice pizza into quarters and sprinkle with optional toppings, if desired.
Creamy Garlic Sauce: Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic paste and garlic powder. Using a whisk, add the flour. Slowly add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Continue whisking until thickened, about 3 minutes. Set aside and cook. Add chopped parsley.
