16 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
 
1 pound Green Grapes, Stems Removed
 
Fresh Parsley, for Garnish

Make-Ahead Plum Dipping Sauce

 
12 ounces Plum or Wild Berry Jam
 
2 tablespoons Vinegar
 
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
 
1 tablespoon Onion, Minced & Dried
 
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
 
1 clove Fresh Garlic, Minced
 
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instrucciones
1Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut sharp cheddar cheese into 30 same-size cubes. Set aside.
2Cut sausage links into 1-inch slices. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3Bake for 15 minutes until the sausage starts to brown around the edges.
4Remove the pan from the oven and top each sausage slice with a sharp cheddar cheese cube.
5Top each cheese cube with a whole green grape. Place the skewer through the top all the way down into the sausage.
6Place assembled bites onto a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with plum sauce on the side.
7Make-ahead Plum Dipping Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate covered overnight. Serve warm or cold.
