1 cup Farmer John Classic Bacon, cooked and chopped 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter 4 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour 12 ounces Beer (Pilsner or Ale) 1 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 8 ounces Cream Cheese 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Pretzels, Crackers, Veggies or Farmer John Polish Sausage Slices for dipping

1Cook bacon according to package directions and roughly chop
2In a medium saucepan on medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Pro tip: Use bacon grease instead of butter
3Gradually add beer, cream cheese, and milk, and whisk together until smooth. Let cook on medium-low for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened
4Remove from the heat, then add the cheese and whisk until melted and well incorporated. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chopped bacon. Taste and add salt, if necessary
5Serve with pretzels, crackers, veggies, or crusty bread. Goes great with Farmer John Classic Polish Sausages!
