12 ounces Farmer John Premium Classic Bacon 10 Carrots with Stems, (Less than 1-inch Thick) Peeled 1/3 cup Maple Syrup 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes 1/16 teaspoon Salt 1/16 teaspoon Black Pepper Aioli, for Dipping

1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2Wrap one slice of bacon tightly around each carrot, starting at the thicker end of the carrot. Do not overlap the layers to avoid raw bacon.
3Arrange the carrots on a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and carrots are tender.
5Remove from the oven and carefully glaze all sides with the maple syrup. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or more.
