Prepare grill for medium heat (350°F to 400°F).
Wrap 1 bacon slice around each polish sausage; secure with wooden picks, if necessary.
Grill sausages 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Brush with barbecue sauce and grill 5 minutes more, basting often.
Place sausages in buns and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
