- 1/2 (12-Ounce) Package Farmer John® Thick-Cut Bacon1/2
Prepare grill for medium-low heat (300°F to 325°F).
Season tenderloin pieces with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each bacon slice around each pork piece. Place pork pieces on soaked wooden or metal skewers.
Grill skewers 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until pork is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
