8 ounces Farmer John Classic Pork Sausage Links 1 ounce Green chiles, chopped small 2 Eggs, scrambled 4 ounces Frozen chopped spinach 4 ounces Pepper jack cheese, shredded 8 ounces Store-bought pastry dough 1 Egg yolk (combine with 1 tablespoon water), for brushing Flour, for dusting

1Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Brown the sausage and add green chiles
2Mix together eggs and shredded cheese in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the sausage and stir to combine
3Cook the sausage, egg, and cheese mixture
4Roll out the pastry dough sheet using a rolling pin to a large rectangle. Make sure to use flour so the dough doesn’t break or stick on the bottom. Spread the sausage mixture on top
5Roll it up like a jelly roll and place the roll on a baking sheet seam-side down. Be sure to seal the dough well
6Brush egg wash on top of the rolled dough
7Bake at 400ºF or 15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with any salsa you like
