- 1 Farmer John® Premium Spicy Pork Roll Sausage Browned And Drained1
- 3 Large Peppers3
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced1 Clove
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese1/2 Cup
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
While the peppers bake, brown the sausage and minced garlic in a pan.
Once the sausage is fully cooked, drain fat and set the sausage aside.
After the pepper halves have cooked for 20 minutes, fill each half with a scoop of sausage and shredded cheese, top with a cracked egg and cook for 15–20 minutes until the egg is cooked.
