Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Or Regular Couscous1 1/2 Cups
- 7 ounces Farmer John Classic Premium Cooked Ham7 ounces
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries1 Cup
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion1/4 Cup
Instructions
Cook couscous according to package directions; cool slightly.
Stir in ham, dried cranberries, and green onion; mix well. Cover.
Top with olive oil and lemon juice.
