  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Tbsp.
  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion, Chopped1/2 Cup
  • 1 Package Farmer John® Maple Breakfast Links, Chopped1 Package
  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine1/2 Cup
  • 1 (7 Ounce) Can Chopped Green Chile Peppers1
  • 1 Tbsp. Agave Nectar Or Sugar1 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, Chopped2 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning2 Tbsp.
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder1 Tsp.
  • 1 Tsp. Celery Salt1 Tsp.
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Coriander1/2 Tsp.
  • 6 Cups Cooked Rice (White Or Brown)6 Cups
  • 1/2 Cup Scallions, Chopped1/2 Cup
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped1/2 Cup
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice2 Tbsp.
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions


  1. Heat olive oil in medium sauté pan. Add chopped yellow onion and sausage to pan and sauté until onions are soft and translucent. Add white wine, green chiles, and agave nectar (or sugar) and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add red pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, celery salt and ground coriander to pan and simmer for another 2 minutes.

  3. Add cooked rice to pan and combine thoroughly. Stir in the scallions, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
