- 12 Ounces Farmer John Original Breakfast Sausage, Crumbled12 Ounces
- 3 Avocados Smashed3
- 6 Slices Sour Dough Bread, Toasted6 Slices
- 1 Lemon, Squeezed1
- 1 Tsp. Chili Pepper Flakes1 Tsp.
- 1 Tbsp. Salt1 Tbsp.
- Cilantro, Sprigs
- 10 Ounces Cherry Tomatoes, Halved10 Ounces
- Dash Of Olive Oil
Cook the Sausage in a hot skillet until cooked through and golden brown.
Mash the avocados. Add lemon, chili flakes and salt.
Spread mashed avocado evenly over each sour dough bread. You should have enough to cover 6 slices of toast.
Add browned Sausage onto each avocado toast. Top with cilantro, cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil.
Sprinkle more chili flakes & salt if desired.
