8 ounces Farmer John Breakfast Sausage 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted 2 Pints Sour Cream Pinch Of Salt 32 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1 32 Ounce Bag Frozen Tater Tots 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped 1 10.5 Ounce Can Cream Of Chicken Soup 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper, Ground Eggs If Desired

1Cook Breakfast sausage according to directions, set aside.
2Preheat oven to 375°F.
3Mix sour cream, cream of soup, butter, salt & pepper together in a large bowl.
4Add cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions, tater tots then mix thoroughly.
5Pour the mixture into a 9x13 greased casserole baking dish. Top with more shredded cheese and green onions if desired.
6Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. It should be bubbly and crispy on top!
7Pro tip: Great with with fried eggs and salsa on the side.
