Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wrap one slice of bacon around each hot dog.
Place onto lined baking sheet and bake, turning halfway through, for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is browned.
Meanwhile, heat pulled pork according to packaging.
Once the bacon wrapped hot dogs are cooked, remove from oven.
Take a toasted bun and add one bacon wrapped hot dog.
Top with a ¼ cup of the heated pulled pork, ¼ cup of fried onions & a few slices of pickled jalapeños.
Top with green onions and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
