2 teaspoons Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
 
16 ounces Black refried beans
 
4.5 ounces Green chile peppers, diced
 
15 ounces Chili without beans
 
10.5 ounces Condensed tomato soup
 
16 ounces Enchilada sauce
 
16 ounces Frozen tater tots, cooked & divided
 
6 Large flour tortillas, warmed
 
2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
 
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
 
16 ounces Mexican cheese blend, shredded
 
Topping ideas: Scallions, Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja, Guacamole

Directions
1Crumble ground sausage into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Season with spices. Stir in refried beans and green chilies until well blended. Turn off heat and set aside
2Combine chili, condensed soup, and enchilada sauce in a saucepan. Mix well and cook over medium heat until heated through. Turn off the heat and keep warm
3Place warmed tortilla on a plate and spoon a generous 1/2 cup of the ground sausage mixture onto the center. Top with a portion of tater tots, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese to your liking. Roll up tortilla around the filling, while tucking both sides. Repeat until you make 6 burritos and place in a sheet pan seam side down. Spoon a generous amount of the sauce over the top and sprinkle cheese and bake at 375ºF for few minutes until cheese has melted
4Top off with salsa verde, scallions, or desired toppings and serve while hot
