1 Farmer John Korean BBQ Loin Filet Canola Oil 3 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup Shoyu or Tamari Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon Sugar 2 teaspoons Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon Sriracha 1 bunch Cilantro, roughly chopped 1 pack Corn Tortillas, warmed 8 ounces Cabbage Slaw, Tricolor preferred 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional) 6 ounces Kimchi, cut in small pieces 1 ounce Gochujang Paste 6 ounces Kewpie Mayonnaise Serve with Chips and Mango Salsa, if desired

1Combine Gochujang paste & mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Store in a covered container in the fridge until ready to use.
2Mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger & sriracha set aside.
3Cut pork loin into smaller pieces. Heat 3 tablespoons canola oil in wok or large cast iron skillet over high heat.
4Cook the pork in 2 batches to avoid crowding the pan. Pour shoyu mixture into the pork bits. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pork is crispy and caramelized on the outside.
5Remove from heat and serve on warm corn tortillas with cabbage slaw, diced kimchi, green onions and drizzle gochujang mayo.
6Serve with chips and mango salsa.
