13 ounces Farmer John Hot Louisiana Smoked Sausage 8 Ounces Large Shrimp, Peeled And Cleaned 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice, Plus Limes For Garnish 1 Small Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Sliced 1-Inch Thick 12 Corn Tortillas 1 Jalapeño Rings, Seeded And Thinly Sliced Lengthwise 2 Tomatoes, Seeded And Chopped

1Toss shrimp with lime juice and season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
2On a preheated grill or grill pan, grill shrimp, sausage and pineapple until shrimp turn pink, sausage is heated through and pineapple is grilled lightly.
3Chop sausage, shrimp, and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Combine in large bowl.
4Grill corn tortillas until lightly toasted and warmed.
5To serve evenly divide sausage, shrimp, pineapple, jalapeño and tomatoes on tortillas. Garnish, if desired, with lime wedges.
