  • 13 Ounces Farmer John Classic Polish Sausage13 Ounces
  • 3 Medium Red Potatoes, cut into wedges3
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper1
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper1
  • 2 Ears Corn on the Cob, cut in half 2 Ears
  • 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved1 Pound
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced1
  • 2 Teaspoons Cajun Seasoning2 Teaspoons
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon

Instructions


  1. Cut and prep red potatoes, bell pepper, corn, Brussels sprouts, and onion.

  2. Slice sausage into 12 pieces and toss with prepped veggies, salt, and Cajun spice in a large mixing bowl

  3. Oven method (foil packs): Preheat oven to 400°F. Divide the mixture evenly onto 4 sheets of heavy-duty foil and wrap them so the foil is completely sealed. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Leave them in for 40-45 minutes if you want it super tender

  4. Campfire method (foil packs): Divide the mixture evenly onto 4 sheets of heavy-duty foil and wrap them so the foil is completely sealed. Cook foil packs in the hot coals of a campfire until the veggies are tender, around 20-40 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, depending on the heat of the coals
