14 ounces Classic Polish Sausage Links 2 Pounds Frozen Tater Tots, Thawed Out 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, For Drizzle 1 Dozen Eggs, Scrambled 1 Tsp. Salt 1 16 Ounces Salsa Verde - Or Any Of Your Preferred Salsa 1 8 Ounces Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1 16 Ounces Sour Cream 6 12 Inch Flour Tortillas

1Cook tater tots according to directions; set aside.
2Dice the smoked sausage.
3In a large cast iron pan on medium heat, cook sausage until charred a little bit. Then, add scrambled eggs & salt to cook with the sausage.
4Warm up flour tortillas, then spread each tortilla with shredded cheese.
5Add tater tots, scrambled eggs with smoked sausage, salsa verde, more cheese if desired, and sour cream.
6Place your burrito in a hot pan on medium heat, seam side down to seal your burrito. Pro tip: Flip burrito over for color on the other side.
