8 Farmer John Meat Wieners 8 slices Salami, Cut Thinly 16 ounces Giardiniera, Drained & Finely Chopped 4 ounces Green Olives, Chopped 4 ounces Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped 1 Small Shallot, Peeled & Minced 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled & Minced 4 tablespoons Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano 8 Brioche Hot Dog Buns 8 ounces Provolone Cheese, Shredded 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded Ketchup, for Topping Yellow Mustard, for Topping

Directions
1For the wieners, heat the grill to high or use a cast iron skillet on a stovetop.
2Cook the wieners until golden brown on all sides, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
3Place the hot dog buns on the grill or stovetop cut side down until lightly golden brown, about 20 seconds.
4Mix together the olive, giardiniera, roasted red peppers, shallot, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, basil, and oregano in a large bowl.
5To build, place the wieners in the buns, then add the mustard and ketchup if you like. Top with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese, then spread the muffuletta mixture on top. Finally, add the thinly sliced salami and serve. Tip: If you can’t find giardiniera, use a garden mix, which should be located in the store aisle near the olives.
