12 ounces Farmer John Meat Wieners 8 Hot Dog Brioche Buns 8 ounces Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce 16 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 8 ounces Mini Pepperoni Slices 8 ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1Cook the wieners in a cast iron skillet, then place on a warmed brioche bun. Top each wiener with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce, then add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle mini pepperoni on top.
2Turn on the broiler in your oven. Broil the wieners until the cheese is melted and the bun is toasted. Top with Parmesan cheese.
3Serve immediately with chili flakes or pickled yellow peppers on the side.
4Pizza Sauce: Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce together in a medium bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients—oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Place the pizza sauce in a saucepan on medium heat until it simmers.
