8 Ounces Farmer John Hot Louisiana Sausage Links 2 Pounds Prepared Pizza Dough, Divided Into Four Balls 1 Cup Marinara Sauce 1 Pound Mozzarella Cheese, Grated 2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes Fresh Basil To Garnish Extra Flour For Rolling 1/4 Cup Honey 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce 1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

1In a pan, prepare the sausage, breaking into bits, until lightly cooked.
2Get out pizza dough and prepare as needed, depending on your dough type and preheat oven.
3On a lightly floured surface, roll out one dough ball until it forms a 10-inch round. It should be pretty thin. Top the pizza with a few tablespoons of marinara sauce, add an extra spoon of sauce if you desire.
4Then top the pizza with four ounces of cheese and dot on two oz of spicy sausage. Season the pizza with red pepper flakes and a tiny pinch of salt and pepper.
5Slide the topped pizza onto the pizza stone and cook for 8-10 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden brown and sausage is cooked.
