- 1 Package Farmer John® Meat Wieners1 Package
- 1 Cup Spicy Salsa1 Cup
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Cup
- 8 Corn Tortillas, Warmed To Soften8
Garnishes
- Sour Cream Or Mexican Crema
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sliced Jalapeño
Instructions
Place 2 tablespoons salsa and 2 tablespoons cheese in center of each corn tortilla. Add a wiener and roll up.
In a preheated grill pan or nonstick skillet, arrange seam-side down and cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve with garnishes.
