1 Farmer John Roasted Garlic & Herb Pork Loin Filet, cut in half
 
1 pound Ground beef
 
2 tablespoons Chili powder
 
1 tablespoon Cumin powder
 
2 tablespoons Salt
 
1 teaspoon Ground oregano
 
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
 
7 ounces Salsa ranchera
 
28 ounces Crushed tomato sauce
 
6 ounces Tomato paste
 
1 tablespoon Cacao powder
 
11 ounces Stout beer
 
28 ounces Water
 
1/4 cup Masa harina
 
2 cans Pinto beans
 
to taste Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and Onions

Directions
1Cut pork tenderloin in half and cut into smaller cubes and set aside. Save the other half for later use
2Place the ground beef and pork tenderloin in a large pot. Cook over medium heat until browned. Pour in the tomato sauce, spices, salsa, tomato paste, cacao powder, water, and beer. Stir together well, cover, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. If the mixture becomes overly dry, add 1/2 cup water at a time, as needed
3After 2 hours or more (if time permits), place the masa harina in a small bowl. Add 1/2 cup water and stir together with a fork. Dump the masa mixture into the chili. Stir together and add the beans and simmer for 10 minutes
4Serve with shredded cheddar, chopped onions, sour cream, if desired. Serve over pasta or steamed rice
