4 Farmer John Ham Steaks, Cut in Half
 
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
 
1 cup Pineapple Juice
 
2 cups Brown Sugar
 
1 cup Honey
 
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
 
6 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
 
2 teaspoons Salt (Divided in Half)
 
16 ounces Frozen Fries (Sweet Potato or Crinkle Cut)
 
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 
Optional: Hawaiian Slider Buns

Directions
1On a sheet pan, bake sweet potato or crinkle cut fries according to package directions. Toss lightly with black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt.
2Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cut ham steaks to the skillet and cook in the butter until lightly browned.
3Transfer ham steaks to a plate and loosely cover with foil to keep warm.
4In the same skillet with the butter, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a simmer. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Pour the brown sugar glaze over the ham steaks.
5Serve ham steaks with baked sweet potato or crinkle cut fries on the side.
6Add warmed slider buns so everyone can make mini sandwiches!
