Hawaiian Hot Dogs with Grilled Pineapple And Teriyaki Mayo
- 6 Farmer John® Beef Franks6
- 6 Hot Dog Buns6
- 1/3 Cup Sliced Pineapple1/3 Cup
- 1/2 Tsp. Grapeseed Oil1/2 Tsp.
- Sliced Red Onions, Jalapeño Peppers For Toppings
Teriyaki Mayo
- 1/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise1/4 Cup
- 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce2 Tbsp.
- Few Drops Of Lime Juice
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
Oil the grate and preheat the grill to high.
Combine the teriyaki mayo ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Mix the pineapple slices in the grapeseed oil & grill until grill marks appear.
Turn the grill down to medium-high and grill the franks until they are cooked through. Turn them a few times. Toast the buns on the grill.
Serve the hot dogs with slices of grilled pineapple, cut into smaller pieces, teriyaki mayo, and all of the toppings.
