1 package Farmer John Lower Sodium Premium Bacon, cooked and chopped 2 Eggs 1 cup Sugar 2 cups Whole Milk 1 cup Sour Cream 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, melted 1 tablespoon Baking Powder 2 cups Rice Flour 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (optional)

Directions
1Cook the bacon according to package directions and chop into smaller pieces. Set aside
2Preheat the oven at 350°F and grease a lined 12"x8" sheet pan or two 9" round pans
3Using an electric blender, whisk eggs and add the sugar, milk, sour cream, and melted butter
4Add rice flour and baking powder to the egg mixture, then add the parmesan cheese and beat until all the ingredients are incorporated
5Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
6Bake for 30 minutes, then add bacon bits on top and bake again for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
7Once baked, removed from the oven, and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting in squares to serve.
