Pico de Gallo
Warm up tortilla on both sides on a heated pan or comal. Once flipped, spread cheese on half the tortilla and put sliced ham over the cheese. Fold the other side of the tortilla over
Flip once more on to the other side. Serve with pico de gallo, salsa, avocado, sour cream, or any topping of choice
To make Pico de Gallo: Mix everything together lightly and squeeze lime. Add more salt, if needed. Let it sit for the flavors to come together.
