Ingredients
Directions
Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and place in a large bowl, then set aside
In another bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, pear, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, green onions, and brown sugar. Once it is well incorporated, pour over the sliced pork and mix well. Let the pork marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight if you have time
Using an outdoor grill on medium heat, cook pork tenderloin for 3 minutes on each side until it starts to char. If using an indoor burner, heat up the oil in a cast iron pan on medium-high heat and cook pork in 2 batches for 3-5 minutes until brown. If you like it charred, turn on your oven to broil after all of the pork is cooked and broil on high for 3 minutes until you reach desired char level
Remove from heat and serve pork tenderloin over rice or noodles. Optional garnishes: green onions, sesame seeds. Optional sides: steamed white rice, roasted vegetables such as zucchini.
