Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup
1/2 Cup
1/2 Cup
Crema or Sour Cream
1/2 Cup
1/4 Cup
Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
1/4 Cup
1 Teaspoon
Ancho Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon
Salt and Pepper, to Taste

Lime, Freshly Squeezed

1 Cup
Queso Fresco, Crumbled
1 Cup
Cayenne Pepper, for Garnish

Directions


  1. Preheat the grill on high heat. Brush the corn with vegetable oil. Grill corn, turning every 2-3 minutes, until slightly charred on all sides. Let cool. Using a sharp knife, stand the ears on end and slice down the cob to remove corn kernels

  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, sour cream or crema, chili powder, salt, pepper, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir until thoroughly mixed and set aside

  3. Place the wieners on the grill on medium heat and cook until they have a good sear, about 2-4 minutes per side

  4. Place wieners in the buns, then top with street corn mix, queso fresco, and a dash of cayenne
