Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the wieners in the buns and set them on a baking sheet. Top crumbled chips on each hot dog followed by salsa con queso. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and warm, and the buns are warmed through
Pico de Gallo: Mix everything together lightly and squeeze lime and more salt, if needed. Let it sit for the flavors to come together
Top each dog with avocado salsa, pico de gallo, chili powder, and scallions. Serve warm. Optional sides: fries, tortilla chips
